K-Love radio shared of an example of “love in action” today. A wife had lost her husband this year. He was an avid Christmas decorator. She opened her door to neighbors this weekend. They had arrived to decorate her house for Christmas in honor of her husband both inside the house and outside, transforming it into a winter wonderland. The woman was extremely grateful for the love from their friends. “Love In Action” was displayed by the friends in such an amazing and tangible way.
What other examples are there of “love in action”? Yes, Jesus, for sure. Sacrificial love. God so loved us that He sent His only son in physical form at Christmas to die on the cross for us so we could be reconnected to Him. Amazing love. There is so much for us to be thankful for today.
